DPT and Owner of Catoctin Physical Therapy is a graduate of Shenandoah University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (2010). He has worked as a clinic director in outpatient & sports clinical settings as well as geriatric home therapy settings treating all ages, ranging from children with developmental & activity limited disorders to a variety of adult conditions and injuries. He has conducted research and has comprehensive interest and experience in all spine & pelvic dysfunction, including with ultrasonography, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, along with other advanced manual & exercise therapies.
About me: I proudly played collegiate soccer at Longwood University. I routinely train and consult with coaches and teams for rehabilitative care, advanced training and injury prevention methodologies. In my spare time, I mostly enjoy spending time with my family, keeping active with soccer, CrossFit, running, golf and other recreational activities.
We’ll take you through a complete one-on-one evaluation and identify the cause of your problem. Then we’ll explain what must be done to get you back to full speed and back to the activities you enjoy.
We’ll develop a treatment plan that will be tailored specifically to you and your goals. This will ultimately allow us to get you stronger, pain-free, and on track to reach your goals more effectively and efficiently.
Once we get you back to exercising pain free, we’ll implement strategies to get you performing at an even higher level. We’ll also implement strategies to “bulletproof” your body to decrease the likelihood of future injuries occurring.
